Let me tell you the story of how I got there in the first place:

When I started iNotion 16 months ago I kept pushing products consistently.

The worst part though?

All these tasks were equally important to get done.

They were going to bring me closer to my goal, right?

But this is what I did instead of completing them:

I got stuck.

My mind wandered.

Eventually, I wound up thinking:

"Let me just turn on Netflix and forget about my problems for a minute."

My endless to-do list kept frying my brain.

Every time I looked at it I got stuck in a thought-loop of:

"If all my tasks are equally important and I have 100's of them...

... which one do I do first?"

The problem of having to decide what task to do first took up all my mental energy.

Which just meant no tasks got done at all.

I had to get out of this rut.

So what did I do to fix my problem?

I scoured marketplaces for a system to help me.
I reached out to other entrepreneurs to ask for advice.
I looked for a consultant to help me build a system from scratch.

Did any of it help? No.

Because often, you have to do shit yourself to get it done right.

At the same time, I discovered something called "The Eisenhower Matrix".

The impeccable system that a guy in the 1950's used to prioritize tasks.

But not just any guy, the 34th President of the United States, Dwight Eisenhower.

And it's safe to say that he achieved a lot.

Maybe there was something in that system that could help me.
